PATENT CERTIFICATE FOR INDUSTRIAL INVENTION OF SUPERCONNECTOR FAMA
FAMA has obtained a patent certificate for the industrial invention of the Superconnector from the Italian Ministry of Economic Development.
It is an innovative solution that allows great flexibility by adapting the product to the technical and economic needs of the Client. Variations in material and size allow for customized solutions.
The patent refers to the shape of the heeled tooth which, depending on the material used or variants in its development, confers an anchorage with the corresponding predictable and calculable female. As is the case, for example, in the sizing of steel screws.
With this innovative solution we have produced products that have achieved pull-out values from 60 kN to 280 kN. Shear strength values from 60 kN to over 250 kN.
This is a result that rewards our efforts in the development of the product, which required 3 years of intensive work in collaboration with various research laboratories and in particular with the Department of Civil Engineering of the University of Tor Vergata in Rome, which developed a precise test protocol.
Since 2010 we have successfully produced and employed more than 2 million units and Clients and have already received orders for an equal amount.
